Customer Service Consultant
(Selangor - Puchong)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide good customer services and maintain good rapport with customers.
  • Provide highly skilled resources to answer customer enquires and request predominately.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are satisfied courteously and efficiently through a single point of contact.
  • Ensure customer request, enquiry, feedback and complaints are logged and resolved on time.
  • Managing Customer Expectations as the single point of contact.
  • Handle targeted number of in and out bound calls on daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
  • Results-driven with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Dynamic and aggressive personality.
  • Good time management with sense of urgency.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated and loves working with people.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Store Assistant (Selangor - Puchong)

Responsibilities:

To assist in daily operations:

  • receiving & issuing materials for production;
  • perform quality check on incoming materials
  • keep computerised records for transactions
  • perform periodical stock taking

Requirements:

  • Male or female with at least SPM certificate
  • Meticulous, hardworking, well organized and able to work independently
  • Computer literate

 


Sales Executive (Klang Valley/ Penang/ Ipoh/ Batu Pahat/ Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on prospecting and closing new business for prestigious products and services.
  • Through on-going prospect and customer contact, maintains awareness of sales factors that have the potential to affect revenue generation. This includes understanding of NeSH competencies, resources, distinctive capabilities/differentiating attributes and strengths.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and is familiar with their purchase needs; familiarize them with NeSH capabilities and solutions for the purpose of generating revenue. Conducts cold marketing calls for a similar purpose.
  • Participates in trade shows, conferences, etc. for purpose of sustaining industry and client awareness of NeSH and its capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / SPM in relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess a general working knowledge of sales, marketing and general market information.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of local dialects is an added advantage.
  • Results-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for sales, self-motivated, energetic and outgoing.
  • High levels of motivation and energy.
  • Self confidence, resilience and flexible.
  • Posses own transport.
